 Our Services

 Publications provides design and editing services. If you can dream up the project, the Publications team is likely able to pull it if enough time is provided (see Publications Deadlines). Whether you want an 8-foot-tall-by-25-foot-long mural or automobile decals or simply a brochure for your office, Publications is the right place for you. Among the publications the office frequently produces include:

n Flyers

n Brochures

n Newsletters

n E-mail designs

n Booklets, including one for each Commencement ceremony

n Event invitations, programs, name tags and signage

n Posters promoting campus events

 n Marketing materials for prospective students

n Direct mail pieces for major campaigns

n Logos

n Forms

n Certificates and diplomas

n Course schedules

n Advertisements (Note: All requests for advertisements must be made through Marketing and Communication Representative Lupita Molina at 882-8237 or Lupita.Molina@utb.edu)

n Other publications to recruit new students and provide information to the community about The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College.

In addition to design and editing, Publications assists offices in obtaining the best bid for their printing jobs and works directly with printers to ensure quality control. Publications also is capable of printing a number of jobs in-house, including posters and other low-quantity projects.
