The following are Wellness Sessions offered free of charge to UTB Employees.
Yoga Classes - Spring 2015
Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Location: TSC Rec Center Multipurpose Room

Tabata Classes - Spring 2015
Time: Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Location: REK Multipurpose room
Students, faculty and staff are welcome to join a workout that will help increase strength, flexibility, and gain muscle while improving mental and physical well-being. For more information, contact Arlene Laboy at 882-6513.
Busy Moms Group - Spring 2015
Time: Fridays, 12 - 1 p.m.
Location: Cortez 220
Bring your lunch and join us every Friday from noon to 1 p.m. until May 1, 2015. Free and open to all UTB students, faculty and staff.

The Office of Employee Benefits provides resources available to UT Employees which include Free Smoking/Tobacco Cessation Counseling , 100% coverage of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and more. Living Well Blood Pressure Machine
The Living Well Blood Pressure Machine is conveniently located in the Student Health Services Hallway (Cortez Building) for all UTB students, faculty and staff.
